This is the BEST cookbook. I collect cookbooks and I also reference my cookbook collection on a regular basis. I would recommend this cookbook to everybody. It's easy to follow the wide variety of recipes that are contained in this cookbook. The best part - all items are what we normally have in our pantries. Again, this is the BEST cookbook!

Good book, crappy packaging. - Katie K -
the cookbook itself is great. However, the hardback book (that resembles a textbook) was sent in a regular manila folder. The book therefore arrived with a large chunk torn from the binding. I understand this happened in the shipping process, but it could have been easily avoided by using better packaging, even as simple as a padded folder. Cheap and careless on the sender's part. I prefer my books in better condition. If you order from this sender, request appropriate wrapping.
